Since our establishment in 1972, the firm has focused on the exclusive representation of management in all aspects of labor and employment law. The firm prides itself on providing individualized, cost-effective legal services. Five of the firm’s attorneys are Board Certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. The depth of knowledge and experience covers virtually every aspect of labor and employment law. Additionally, another focal area of the firm’s practice is dedicated to assisting employers in securing and administering government contracts in compliance with applicable regulations. The firm’s attorneys offer training and counseling to employers on compliance strategies and the prevention of litigation.

The firm specifically offers training on issues including hiring and termination of employees in both union and non-union settings. The firm regularly conducts reviews of employee handbooks and personnel policies for both legal compliance and completeness. The firm also conducts training encompassing such subjects as harassment in the workplace, union avoidance, proper record keeping, and effective disciplinary counseling. Finally, the firm drafts and reviews employment agreements, including covenants not-to-compete and severance agreements.
